Light And Dark
In between the light and dark
Shades of us
Happy times in your embrace
A loving smile on your face
Sadness knowing we must part
A hollow aching in my heart
In between the light and dark
Shades of you
As you dance through my soul
And cause me to lose control
With each kiss sending a shiver
Your touch can make my body quiver
In between the light and dark
Shades of me
Alone without your arms around me
Wishing together we could be
Color me so blue and sad
When I missing you so bad
In between the light and dark
Shades of us
A knowing you are forever the one
Who shines on me, you are my sun
Cognizant it is you I fight for
For love that lasts forevermore
