I was watching the stars one night
So many of them...all glowing bright
They are full of faith and hope
To show us the light in darkness
when our path we grope

Some glow more brighter
Maybe their door of hope is left ajar
And when I ask someone
'What you see in the sky? '
They say 'Why its only a star! '

But I see millions of them
They are not so bright
But still they are there
Always twinkling at us
But who cares?

They are not so bright as the moon
They are not dull either...
With their tiny light they fill the sky
Without them the night will be empty
None can fill-even if they try

In my dreams
There's not a star in heaven
that I cant reach
'N' when I wish upon a star
The dreams take me very very far...

The light of hope-they make us see
What our life can truly be
And when with shattered dreams unable to cope
Stars are always there
To show us - The Light of Hope.
