Like Snowflakes [ 2 Tanka ] Poem by Nudershada Cabanes

Like Snowflakes [ 2 Tanka ]

Rating: 5.0

Words melt like snowflakes
As soon as they came tumbling
A fleeting moment
Of sound diluted in air
Their echoes gone with the wind

Was it heard? Unheard?
Words leave impressions in mind
When they are spoken
Even if they melt away
Like snowflakes thawed by the sun
