John Carter Brown

Limerick 001 - Poem by John Carter Brown

There once was a lady from Stroud,
Who wouldn't stop reading aloud,
She would do it in bed
To her husband called Fred
So he shot her, as he had avowed.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Bit of a drastic solution to a minor problem... but it's only a limerick!
