Limerick 133 Poem by John Carter Brown

Limerick 133

A keen baker-boy from the east
Once cooked a magnificent feast;
But the bread was surprising
It just kept on rising
It seems he had slipped with the yeast.

A marvellous limerick to start the new year! Love surprising / rising rhyme. Keep 'em coming, John.
