After Food Tec
evolved from Home Ec
a man who preferred 'sec' to 'dry'
found
'Food' too sec in 'Food Tec'.

He replaced it with 'Victual'
and that rhymes with 'skittle'.

Now if you hear 'Victual Tec'
you'll know why.
