Little Angel

Little Angel
can't you see
this world
Isn't for you and me?

Little Angel
I'm sorry
if all these things
make you worry.

Little Angel
please understand
that I can't
protect you from this land.

Little Angel
you're not yet here
but please know
I'll wipe your every tear.

Little Angel
know this too
that every moment
I will love you

Got my attention! ! ! You have put into words the desperate feelings of parents who are bringing children they love into this turbulent earth where love and hate thrives side by side. Very well written. 10
