Little Grey Poem by Baden Ronie

Little Grey

Rating: 5.0

a tale i shall speak,
of little Grey,
who did fall astray.

Bright one day,
did little Grey stray,
a woods found,
and adventure awaits.

so little grey,
ventured forth,
to slay a beast,
to return to a feast.

The beast did hunt,
little Grey knew not,
so the beast leapt,
and little Grey screamed.

The beast did command,
little grey,
save your life i will,
if you shall kill.

and so little grey walked away,
little grey went astray,
for late one night,
through a window light,
did little Grey,
take a knife,
and took a life.

So Little grey did fall astray,
the Beast did laugh,
for little grey,
had lost his soul.

a deal with the devil he had made,
and now little grey,
lives far away,
in a cave he stays,
and a black heart he keeps at bay,

this tale i tell,
for fear that little you,
may go astray,
just like little grey.
