Though you may have a dark soul,
or an evil mind.
there is always a shimmer and glimmer of hope.
a shining light set in your heart.
although it is locked away secure and tight.
it just needs the right person to bring out the good.
yin and yang.
light and dark.
you may be shy or rude.
or loud or nervous.
that one person will always bring out the best in you.
they may not realise it, or ever know.
but to you they mean so much.
yin and yang.
light and dark.
so always remeber.
once you find that person.
whether they are a family, a friend or more than a friend.
never lose them, never give up on them.
never let them go, always keep them close.
be there for them.
yin and yang.
light and dark.
so my message is simple.
no matter how sad you feel.
how evil you can be.
or how timid you may be.
there will always be a light in your heart,
shining for just that one person.
yin and yang.
light and dark.
WITHOUT LIGHT THERE CAN BE NO DARK,
BUT WITHOUT DARK THERE CAN BE NO LIGHT.
yin and yang, a theory from ancient China. It means two developing directions of object.
You certainly have the yin and yang of poetic touch of writing one..............like this piece.Nice works Baden.
I really like it, and yes darkness and light are somehow intertwined.
this poem was amazing, it really touched me. I in a way have a different view of yin and yang
i feel you have really got the balance and meaning of yin and yang
This is a great companion composition to my own 'I Am' piece. I love the contrasting illustrations. Great work indeed.
Yin and yang form the perfect whole a balnce of light and darl feminine and masculine You present your thoughts in poetic prose with clarity
splendid Braden, splendid...it's a total different experience for me too see such a young guy like you, would be able to come out with something that associates yin and yang so appropriately...and it's definitely an inspiration for me as i'm just a year older than u r.. =D
