Little lantern
Monday,30th September 2019

t was a lantern
that showed me a good turn
how can it light the path?
and provide me a good breather

I wondered
how could my ancestors have ventured!
with no energy source
yet proved it with worth with the resources

it was enough to look a few meters
and move in darkness with a clear view
and move firmly ahead
with well-read goal

the glow
was slow but bright
with hope around
that could be easily found

the lantern gave new hope for the future
and assured
that with more thrust in this regard
it can have positive words in action
