Living A Second Chance At Life Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Living A Second Chance At Life

Life breaking open every morning when the sun rises,
everyone being open to whatever comes into their
lives during the next 24 hours.

Sometimes death arrives for us or our loved ones,
their loss devastating us for the time being as we
go through the grieving process in order to cope.

At times death will let go of its grasp on a person
and they are brought back to live their second chance
at life, as with this mere poet.

Miracles given to people God chooses, after being with
Him in heaven for what seems like forever, but in reality
is mere moments in the scheme of this temporary life on
earth.
