Living And Dying In Blackout Poem by Frank Adie

Living And Dying In Blackout

Our grandparents were born in blackout,
They lived and died in blackout.

Our parents were born in blackout,
They also lived and died in blackout.

We were born in blackout,
And have been living in blackout.

We have birthed children in blackout,
Should they also die in blackout?

Life in the richest poorest nation,
Is Life lived under the direst situation.

Nigerians must say no to corruption,
Nigerians must opt for a revolution.
