Never the rebel
Voided with clichés
Non stereotypical
In a haze of a lackadaisical daze
Traveling outside my own world
Creating a universe all from within
Once felt out of place
Like a hexagon trying to fit into a triangle
Never a pretty face
But why should I want to be anyhow?
When they said I had to go left I went right
They said right I went left
Always creating my own destinations
Being dyslexic is a true gift after all
So many flaws, So many mistakes
Once hated myself for being unperfected
Then I realized the more mess the better
A cluster of cleverness in this wonderful endeavor
Blooming late in this whole spectrum within
They tried to teach me their own ways
I did all I could to survive
Then when it came time I began to teach myself
In the ways of my unique self
Methods that have made me better today
Simplicity has its place
Yet, It will never theme upon in this very life
In fact, the day I became a better person
Was the day I accepted myself for who I truly was
A Man of profound errors in enigmatic form
Looking at a future shining very brightly
Never a label
Avoidance of any typical status quo
Non-conformist conformist
Going where I am not supposed to go
Who am I?
Not who you think I am
Learn me, I am so much more
With pride I smile
Knowing where I have been
Not knowing where I will soon be going
Never anything but myself
Continually building a parallel universe of my very own
I am happy, Smiling, Standing tall, standing free, and Standing alone
Living life on a lone
