Lock Your Door(Sad) Poem by Poet of the River

Lock Your Door(Sad)

Rating: 4.8

You hear the steady tick tock,
Coming from the clock on the wall,
Driving You to madness...
Close the door, turn the lock,
Let the key fall to the floor.
Locking away your sadness.
Only then will you hurt no more.
And find a way to lock your door.
Under the tick tock,
coming from the clock on the wall.
Let loose the key, watch it fall.
Lock your door...and never unlock it.

There's something Ravenish about this, as if your inspired by Poe, I like the closing but I cant help but feel its depressing in that your saying close off the world or your sadness, Id rather flood it.
