LONELY AS I AM

Lonely as I am
Life goes on-
There is so much to love in life
Even a certain kind of Loneliness
can have its Beauty
And longing for Someone
Can mean
There is still Hope after all-

Its short, but in only a few words you have expressed in subtle detail a very beautiful meaning for life. If your feeling alone you must be in bad company is a quote from Sartre or something like it. I think what you say about beauty in loneliness is deeply truthful especially for a hermit like me, I feel a freedom to be me that I could never be with a group of people, their is liberation on the path you choose to walk. A marvelous read.

A beautiful poem. Lonely or otherwise, life goes on. And yes, a certain kind of loneliness is sometimes a bliss, and is beautiful too. 'There is so much to love in life' - none would dispute that, I guess. Truly, there is so much to love in life! Very well said! 'And longing for Someone Can mean There is still Hope after all-' - So well said, I can easily understand. But I do not understand the use of capital letters in some words in the middle of the lines. I guess, that has been deliberately done to put emphasis on the words. Is that so?
