Long Live The Difference Poem by Hebert Logerie

Long Live The Difference

This is the year to be different,
The century to be eccentric,
The time to be important,
And the hour to be energetic.
! Viva la diferencia! Vive la différence!
All flies look alike, but are not the same.
A nerd is dressed like a nut; that’s a shame.
Nothing makes sense: the flowers, the incense.
Long live the difference!
You have no idea what I am talking about;
I cannot give you a hint or a shout.
Even the Poets want to be politically correct;
I never shouted that they were perfect.
It is not worth the headache and the troubles;
God gets tripped and the entire globe trembles.
