Long term benefit

Render no excuses
If someone refuses
To accept
And violently react

These are the same people
Who were creating hurdles?
Adding more troubles
And creating bubbles in calm water

You need not show weakness
And appear with sullen face
You are of your own
And must take strong decision

So sort out such individuals
Who are sweet on arrivals?
But prove poisonous
When find no place

You have to carve out
Formidable position and talk about
Future with long term benefit
To people in whom you have trust and faith to greet
