it's hard to find the light
from the bottom of a well
but if you look straight up
it lifts you from your hell

don't look to left or right
you'll only see a wall
don't look upon your feet
that's where the shadows fall

it's hard to find much hope
within a darkened pit
you may seem paralyzed
you feel that you should quit

but drifting overhead
still shines the awesome blue
so just look up to see
it's waiting there for you
