Loose Not Temper Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Loose Not Temper

Loose not temper

Fall down and go down
If opponent has driven
And sent you packing
Mind that you are staking

Your position has little weakened
But not damned
You are likely to rise again
And relieve the pain

Bear in the mind that the earth
Shall not accept you even after death
You are brave person
And can't die without holy reason

You bend your head
Take few particles of sand
Rub on forehead
And take vow to lead again

Your life is so important
That it is needed at present
When country is on turmoil
Your peace drive can foil their attempt

They may be endangering world peace
Threatening with postures hostile tease
but loose not you temper in haste
It is real and crucial test
