Loose The Loins Poem by Mason Maestro

Loose The Loins

Rating: 5.0

Hooks to the hands of Egypt
You cast pearls before the swine
Transgression and depraved conduct
Thine vices all consign

Wrath of His coming justice
Will loose the loins of overlords
Shatter the strength of sultans
Cease the season of caesars
Weaken the wit of the wise
Hammer the heels of heroes
Bruise the backbone of barons
Crush the conceit of kings

They will sing their song of sorrow
The impenitent tremble in fear
Panic shall grip prideful hearts
As His rage of fury nears high gear
The foundations of the earth quake
Smoke went up from His nostrils
Devouring fire from His mouth
Even coals were kindled by it

Cut in sunder the bars of iron
Break in pieces the gates of brass
Reduce their walls to utter ruin
Let the potsherd strive -
with the potsherds of the earth
