Lord How Do We Get

Lord how do we get people to respond
With regard to the Holy Spirit
When they don't read the Bible at all
And they have no desire to hear it
We know that Your Word holds the key
To that wondrous door of faith
Where every sinner who inquires
Can read..." the Lord's thus saiths"

It seems we're up against a brick wall
In times of our evangelizing
When people take life O so for granted
When they should be really realizing
That time is short to make a decision
That will determine their destiny
While Satan tries to snuff them out
The Father of lies is he

Lord You know our heart's desire
Is to see others come to know You Lord
You hear the prayers of all of our heart's
And record them every word
Open the door of opportunity
To present the gospel today
And bring it on home to a heart
With a soul that needs to be saved!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
