Lord Your Light

Lord Your light shone on me
To reveal my bondage to sin
I never knew how bound I was
Until I was born again!
Your Word became a light to my path
To reveal my stumbling ways
But when I repented...praise You God
You set my heart ablaze with praise

What wealth there is in Salvation
A treasure found there for sure
For in Christ we have eternal life
When we exit earth down here
I hang my hope on Jesus Christ
My shelter in the time of storm
He cloaked me in His righteousness
When I repented and was Spirit
born

You've lit a fire in my soul
To live for You each day
When I transferred my burdens to you
My guilt was rolled away
And because a stone was rolled away
To reveal an empty tomb
I now live with a victorious faith
Awaiting Your coming soon! ! !

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
