Lost In Half Poem by Virginie Yargeau

Lost In Half

Chaos with the coldest stare,
You are here and i am lost.
Lies and cheating everywhere,
I never imagined this would be the cost.

We find ourselves bound by faith,
Tortured by the thoughts put in our minds.
When will i get rid of this dark raith,
Who will finally take away these binds.

I await his arrival,
The spectre who will show me the way,
To face him; an unsuspected rival,
To see her; A friend i lost on a grim day.

Love and Friendship i find lost,
His understanding is my freedom,
Her support and kindness my only escape from cost.
Both my halves; i find myself without a possible kingdom.
