Lost Step Poem by Camille Soberano

Lost Step

Rating: 5.0

I'm losing
I'm drowning
I'm running
I'm quitting

Words I always mix with surrendering
Sentences I like saying
When dreams feel like drifting
Dreams I've made while reading

Now its gone, day by day are lost step
I am walking into zigzag roads, each sides trapped by net
Roads in the middle of the ocean with immeasurable depth
Oh, Silver, Oh, Silver, it's you I want to get
In this lone island tower's my debt

Years to list thousands of my life's vision
Those years that did not pass without a lesion
Lesions I bear for my mission
A step towards progression

Now I bear one of man's greatest flaw
I think I met my life's greatest foe
In a world that slowly losing its glow
Time and love I barely have and know
When now I start piercing my heart with bow

Lost step I want to find
More memories I want to bind
More dreams I want to mind
My mind, a truly divine
A strength I always keep align
Heart follows as God designed

Lost step I want to find More memories I want to bind More dreams I want to mind.......it is so nice that you bring in God at the end.... God is the one who can guide and turn your ways and heal the false steps and make you live and love again.... very nice thoughts dear poetess. tony
