Love Poem by Tui Goodwin

Love

Rating: 4.0

a warmth fills my heart
as sweet as a strawberry tart
i cant stop this smile from meeting my lips
from loves golden rays i take huge sips

you pull me close crushing me to your chest
i listen to the beat of your heart as my head rests
you wisper softly in my ear
and all lifes troubles seem to evapurate and smear

its not a sexual longing or lust
but more that with you holding my heart i trust
never in my life have i have i shared such feelings
except when im asleep dreaming

my heart is full almost over flowwing
i will never be cold even when it is snowing
you kiss my forehead
i will forever lay with you on this bed
