Love - Poem by VANY TB, Palakkad
When I was walking alone,
When I did share my feelings with my shadow,
You did appear in front of me,
In your hand, you did hold a lamp,
In my life, first time, I saw that much bright light;
Where I met you before -
My heart started to ask me;
Oh, your eyes told me,
'We met in past birth,
Again come to complete the life,
This birth with you";
When I looked to your eyes,
I read the depth of your feelings for me;
You did hold me then and said,
'You are mine,
Without you, I am nothing'.
We did share our dreams,
We started to dream about life,
I thought you are the happiness for whole of my life;
But why again,
Why again fate gives new missions in my life?
We are flowing like a river,
We have thirty days to see the world,
Before you go forever from me.
Really who are you?
Why you came in my life like a visitor,
Like butterfly visiting flowers,
And leaving the world and all;
I am also a blind flower,
You are my blind butterfly
Who drink the honey of love from me,
From the sky, someone calls you;
What is it?
Can you go like that?
You forgot all?
How can you go without meeting me once,
Without seeing me once?
Where are you?
I know, there is a big wall between you and me,
Yet, it's so cute that
I had three years of spring with you.
