The weary eyes
The tired smile
He falls more in love every day
Visits to hospitals
Sticky bandages
Mood swings try to tear him away
It's one thing when you're together
And then he finds out
That you have cancer, it's speading
He WILL stay around
But what about those who havent found eachother?
until the last years of her life?
When their love grows as fast as the cells
Unyeilding to their fight
I watch them, almost dangerously
As he holds her fragile hands
She leaves him
He's hurting
They love eachother anyway
What about he, who's found 'the one'
But she's leaving this life for the next?
He'll live on, hard and strong
While she fades away like the rest
What about their love
The magic they've never shared
When their love grows as fast as the cells
They can't afford to be scared
The weary eyes
The tired smile
He falls more in love every day
