Love for land

What a love for this lovely land?
not a single foe but only friends
that is how I think of brotherhood!
its meaning is clearly understood

why did this holy land produced great leaders?
spiritual leaders, statesmen and many well known stage actors
the great martyrs and social reformers
and so much to praise the role of freedom fighters

for any national, it is great privilege
to know about the freedom struggle and hold it as heritage
learn something more in this age
and preserve is glory on the history pages

no nation is called progressive
if it remains passive
doesn't step ahead with addition and improvement
hold with honor its literature as cultural movement

what are we known to outside world?
slave country whose soul has been sold!
it has no neutrality and voice?
it should be our choice and promise too
