Love Hurts - Poem by Cally A. Nixon

Love hurts so bad,
That you would wonder why,
The boy you love so much,
Would want to make you cry.

Love can damage,
An old friend’s trust,
So that they would break,
The bond if they must.

When you are left,
With nothing but a broken heart,
You’ll wonder what happened,
To the old friendship part.
