The praises of love many does love to sing
And love it can be such a beautiful thing
But the down side of love to happiness can be a thief
And is known to give rise to tears and to grief
Love it can be like a beautiful flower
That bloom in the sun after a Summer shower
That sadly to time quickly fades away
And loses it's petals to Nature's decay
Love it can often begin in a kiss
A heavenly moment in life of rare bliss
But sadly the moment for some can pass fast
And fades to a bitter memory of the past
Love is so beautiful when it is young
And the praises of love by so many is sung.
