Love Me Poem by Matthew Holloway

Love Me

Love me
for who I am
and for what I may do
for the words I say to you
for the gentle care I offer
love me without fear
of the judgement of others
of the stories, rumours
history, skeletons in closets
we all have our baggage
we all have a life lived before
love me for the future
love me for the now
and the here after
