Love thy neighbor
That is a command not a labor,
A commandment which is easy and free to do
As Jesus loves them, and loves you.

Love thy neighbor which is the homeless
No matter how they look or how they dress,
Love thy neighbor which is gay
And for them always pray.

Love thy neighbor which is Muslim
No matter where they came from,
Love thy neighbor which is white, red, yellow or black
Jesus will love you back.

Love thy neighbor which is an immigrant
Care for them up front,
Love thy neighbor which is Jewish
Don't ever be shrewish.

Love thy neighbor which is substance addicted
Even though they are afflicted,
Love thy neighbor which is a Christian
When they don't always listen.

Love thy neighbor which is an atheist
Because, you truthfully must,
And love thy neighbor which is disabled
Don't make them feel useless and labeled.

Love thy neighbor as the Bible does read
To the statement always heed,
Don't fall for deceptions
Remember, Jesus never made any exceptions.
