Love (Unfinished) - Poem by Jennifer Rychter

You claim that you love me,
But is your love wort these painful memories,
This agony and misery,
Is it worth these tears I shed for you?
Every time I have the slightest thoughts about you?
Is it worth these scars that will haunt my flesh and heart for eternity?
These wounds that will never heal?
Is it worth the death of my soul and senses?
Is it worth this emptiness...?

Love and emptiness is a sad state.Love needs to be filling. If not, is it not incomplete?
