Loves Beginings Poem by Elizabeth Hathaway

Loves Beginings

One night as the world lay sleeping,

God could hear two mournful souls crying.

He listened to the soft sobs and though..

Although there a long ways apart,

I will give them the tools they need.

Kindness, compassion, and understanding,

With that will follow, honesty and trusting.

When time has passed and they understand,

Then a caring friendship will bloom, and from that,

Deep love for each other, and a new love of life.

Caring thoughts and dreams will be shared.

Laughter and joy will fill all the air in the world.

Two saddened souls will be joined with passion.

Lonliness and emptiness gone forever.

Feelings only true love can bring with joy ever after.

To be one, to be loved, to be together forever.

Sharing, caring, loving one another now and always.

Thats how we got our beginings, you and me.
