Loves Not Enough Poem by Jane Sparkes

Loves Not Enough

Loves enough
She said to him,
Let's do it all
Together we'll be

Hey wait he said
Its not you know,
Hearts'll deal
A hammer blow

My head says wait,
Maybe later I'll be
Ready then not to be free

Unburdened by shadowy doubts
A love could grow but right now nowt

Ok said she, sadly sayin'
You'd always be free
Together just playing

Soaring the heights
Doing the stuff,
Just havin' you round me
Would be enough

Commitment is important to a lasting relationship, so I found this a little sad.
