Creeped up today
As usual negative
Condemning
Only stupid things
Was said
I just covered my ears, and
Waved my hand
Then simply, walked away
Deciding to continue

Nice poem. very true poem. Low self esteem is a killer to deal with. Walking away with your head up high is a way to defeat it. I sometimes battle low self esteem.
