Am I in a madhouse?

violating its rules.
Can anyone tell me,
Which rule I have violated
In this poem?

The poem:

Water flows
down the river
So does the air
Everything
that goes up
falls down,
no exception;
be it a shooting star
or the apple falling
on Newton's head!

A tree bows
its branches
loaded with fruit,
so does the cloud
freshly rich in water.

Then,
Why does man
always look up like
clouds that soar high
on the shoulders of winds
and not down
on the ground below?
