As the original poem is taken away from ph, I have quoted it below from my archives. Hope you have read that too, and understood how inept my rendering is! !

Hi Susan, Thank you for the good words. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. I do believe, you have read at least a few poems by Frances. I had done this translation (and two others (1) Ee Mohathil Dahikkan) and (2) Kerala) of the poem by Frances, when she was very active on ph. All on a sudden, she quit ph, for reasons best known to her. So, I just shared the originals here on ph for the benefit of my readers. I hope she does not object. I very sincerely regret that I have not got the other brilliant poems by her. Let us hope that she'd come back on ph and post all her lost poems, so we could enjoy their beauty and poesy once again.
