Mahakal Kaleshwar Shiva (On Marking The Three-Ash-Lined Lingam) Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Mahakal Kaleshwar Shiva (On Marking The Three-Ash-Lined Lingam)

Mahakal
Kaleshwar
Shiva,
Shiva-Sambhu
Shankara,
Bhole-Shankara
Shiva,
Shiva-Shiva
Trikaldarshi Shiva
With the three ash-lines
Over the forehead
Into the tiger loin cloth
With a sacred thread
Over the bare body
And with the trishula
And a kamandala
And a damru
Going as Yogi,
Sadhu,
Fakira,
Brahmachari
To the shamshana ghat
With the rudrakha bracelets
And the garland hanging around
And the snake coiled around the neck
Shiva
Mahakal
Kaleshwar
Shiva-Sambhu
Shankara,
Yogi, Sadhaka, Fakira,
Brahmachari the Wanderer
Trikaldarhsi Shiva,
Shiva-Sambhu
Shankara,
Mahakal Kaleshwar
Trikaldarshi Shiva.
