Make Me A Song
Make me a song
and sing sweet in my ear.
Spin me a tale
and relieve all the fear.
Conjure a poem
and let the words flow.
Tell me of life
and its stories you know.
As you lean in
let the poem appear.
Come closer now
so we only may hear.
I know you've seen
so whisper soft what is shown.
While it's just us,
you and me, all alone.
