People grasp for money,
but forget the important things.
The joy found within someone’s smiling eyes.
The laughter that makes one’s heart sing.
These are the fundamental things,
which makes each of us go on.
The simple and homely things
that we all can do.
If we see someone in sadness
lets make them smile a little bit.
It doesn’t cost anything
just to say a few funny words.
Words cost nothing to say.
Therefore, if you see someone in dismay
comfort them with your words
and make their day.
