Man, Grasp The Secrets Of Creation Poem by Mohammad Younus

Man, Grasp The Secrets Of Creation

Man, grasp the secrets of Creation.
With your divine eye, Jamshed's cup,
Full of celestial wine, see all that exists
In the realm of divine manifestations.
The essence of God, hidden in man and universe,
Only the wise and men of knowledge perceive.
O worldly man, amass not ephemeral wealth;
Strive for divine knowledge and wisdom!
True treasures accompany you to the afterlife,
Everlasting wealth that never fills, but calls,
'Man, add more! Not gold and pearls—
But knowledge and wisdom.'

He who masters knowledge, O man, is strong.
The man of knowledge, aware of his divine majesty,
Is the most precious being in Creation.
O you who call stone and earth a precious pearl,
Is not man, creative and wise, also a pearl?
God, the Creator and originator, at His command—
"Be! And it becomes! "—
Brings Man and universe into existence.
Man, you are the maker of great inventions.
Yours are the divine hands and intellect:
The Creator works through you to perform wonders,
And reveal the secrets of the universe.
