Man Of Clay Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Man Of Clay

Man of clay

You are man of clay
And likely to stay
As long as blessed by
So live peacefully and try

Never compare
But always dare
To act wise
With promises

It is no adventure
But your future
That demands
Your interpretation at the end

You are captain of ship
Who shall keep?
Entire ship under control
And respond to adverse call

We may perish anytime
So let us finish in time
Any task that seems logical
As human and as individual
