I have only seen it in photographs. As a New Yorker, have you seen it in person?

Yes sir, i have seen it and it is truly beautiful, This big orange ball parks itself between buildings right in the middle of 57th street. It is almost like you can reach out and touch it, It happens once in June around solistice and again in late July. It is a great sight.
