मंज़िल की और चल देते है.. manjhil ki or
मंज़िल की और चल देते है
कुछ तो होगा याद!
वो मुलाकातें या संवाद
जो शायद याद दिला जाय
दिल के तार हिलमिला जाय।
मुझे अच्छी तरह याद है
पर नहीं कोई फ़रियाद है
तुम थी, में था
बस सुहान मौसम साथ था।
यह सब भुलने वाली बात नहीं
भूलने वाले हालात भी नहीं
इतनी कमजोर याददास्त भी नहीं
हम इतने होंसलेपस्त भी नहीं
मेरे मन में मलिका बन के समां गयी हो
दिल को एक तरह से मरहम लगा गयी हो
सामने नहीं हो फिर भी सामने खड़ी हो
आँखों में मस्ती और मन से लड़ी हो।
कुछ नहीं भाता बेचेंन मन को
चलने को कह भी नहीं सकता तन को
पाँव उठते ही नहीं मंझिल की ओर
बस तुम ओझल हो जाती हो उस छोर।
मैंने पक्का सोच लिया है
मन को भी मना लिया है
याद को याद ही रहने देते है
अपनी मंज़िल की और चल देते है

I dont know what this language is, or what this poem says. It is kinda fun to imagine what it could be talking about though. It might be a beautiful dark poem about depression and souls and the essence of meaning in life, or it might be a horrifyingly boring epic of how one goes about being happy. But since I cant understand what it is, I will make my own meaning and it enjoy it like I could if I understood.
