Many Incidences Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Many Incidences

I failed in my judgment
Why was this wrath and undercurrent?
Why was nature turning cruel?
Why so much efforts on their parts and struggle?

Many parts are reeling under nature's wrath?
So many people have met with death?
The rain god has turned against
Rivers are spreading havoc and creating worst

I turned to mythology
As is the last remedy
To find an answer
But this was relating to the nature

I thought of many incidences
Many unfortunate cases of rapes
Day light robbery and murders
The normal human being was sufferer

The nature was only reminding
And suitably finding
How to teach lesson?
This was perfect reason

We have ceased to exist
As human being and insist
On being forgiven
For crimes undertaken
