Many Travelers Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Many Travelers

The doors must be kept open
As home is like heaven
Where anybody can drop in
And feel homely to usher in

The heart should be made wide
With no other feelings to decide
“Why should I not keep it beating”?
Fill it with warmth and elating

Such things shall fill void
It will invite all and avoid
Any kind of hatred
That was guided so far and led

Just keep on pouring
Your wishes on memory floor
Anyone shall pick it
With same wish to greet

Feel as if you are part
And pulling the cart
Many travelers may board
To share your burden or load

Many Travelers

Line 2, did you mean separated by none instead of one. Last line, I think it would read better if you said and treated you not casual. 7 hours ago by
