Marigolds Will Be Just Fine Poem by Eva Mae Witt

Marigolds Will Be Just Fine

Marigolds will be just fine and dandy
could you lend a helping hand dear Randy
not long ago someone called me Sandy

Let me tell you my name might be Evey
Marigolds will be just fine and dandy
maybe you could bring some yellow Pansies

Please don't ever call me the name Sandy
might have to call up my friend named Randy
Marigolds will be just fine and dandy.

Wrote this just for the heck of it,
while I was looking at a fabulous variety of
a floral arrangement.

I love marigolds! Plus, did you that they repel most insects?

Yes, I do know that they repel most insects. When I lived on the farm, I always planted them. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment Kim.
