My friend meet me in dreamland
we will sing a duet just for two
we will sing as sister and brother
whether it's winter or summer.

'Do you believe as I believe
and have you been faithful and true
to the One up above, Jesus of Love
to whom respect and honour is due?
Dear Jesus we'll walk with Thee
Dear Jesus we'll talk with Thee
offering our praise in so many ways
for Thou art the King of our days'
