Maybe one day my grandson
will see your picture and ask:
"Grandpa, who was this woman? "
I will answer wistfully:
"That was the woman I loved
And Maybe she loved me too. "
He will be a clever man and will ask:
"Grandpa, is it possible to love Maybe? "
I'll be thrilled with his question.
But I'll stop wondering and think:
"How I never remembered that.
Maybe she would be here that I asked.

Možda
Možda će jednog danas moj unuk
vidjeti tvoju sliku i pitati:
"Deda, ko ti je bila ova žena? "
Ja ću sjetno odgovoriti:
"To je bila žena koju sam volio
a Možda je i ona voljela mene."
On će biti pametan čovjek i pitaće:
"Deda, zar se može Možda voljeti? "
Biću oduševljen njegovim pitanjem.
Ali zastaću začuđeno i pomisliti:
"Kako se ja toga nisam nikad sjetio.
Možda bi bila ovdje da sam je to pitao."

I do not know why my mind fluctuates in such a way, forming associations; though, I very well know that this is its very way of performing; and " The Age of Innocence" my mind associates your poem with: a film ending the same way like your poem does!
I thnik the Book with same title is better then movie. MAYBE not.
